  1. Truck looks awesome!! Got any side pics of those fender flares?
  2. Update: Found out the fuel smell in the cab was caused by a leaking fuel line that caused fuel to leak on the manifold when truck was turned on. Also a failing fuel pump. After these 2 were replaced she runs great and no fuel smell! DIdn't even need the evap canister!
  3. I cannot see any metal around the 2 mounting bolts tore up or bent. I'm confused from the posts. Should I try and push the door check back into the door or try and push/pull it out of the door?
  4. My passenger door check somehow moved back into door and is stuck. Only about 1 inch is still out. I tried to pull it out, put my hand in door to push it out and it won't budge. I also tried to angle it to push it forward. How do I get it out?
  5. Problem solved! Was a leaking fuel line, gas would leak on manifold. And fuel pump was replaced. She starts right up and no fuel smell!
  6. I got the Spidertrax and love them. High quality and worth every penny.

  9. What's a "IAC"?
  10. The MJ will start but once the idle gets to around 500 rpm it sputters and dies. I have tried to feather the gas pedal but once it drops to idle it cuts off. I can't move it more than 2 feet before it shuts down on me. Anyone have any ideas?

  14. Will any years of the XJ fit into MJ? And since I don't have a evap canister I would greatly appreciate a pic of one in the engine bay so I know where to get it and install it..
  15. My 87 4.0 Renix does not have a evap canister or the bracket the secured it. Can someone please post a pic so I know where it goes and how it is attached to the engine bay? And if anyone has one for sale?

    Ok, thank you!
  21. Also I noticed below that it appears the EGR valve does not a hose connected to it and is there supposed to be a hose connected to the airbox that is facing the firewall? Below I also noticed where my finger is pointing the hose ends, is it supposed to do that for connect somewhere else?
  22. The piece of metal that the doorpin goes thru on the body that connects to the door (where my finger is pointing too). I need the passenger side one if it makes a difference shipped to 33884.
  23. That might be my problem. I don't think I have a evap canister. I have a 87, could it be somewhere else?
  24. Do u have a pic of it? Is it in the pass firewall behind the wheel well?
