When i first start the truck, even if its in nuetral it seems to "pull" slightly like it is in first. When i drive, its pretty difficult to get into 2nd gear, and pretty hard to get into 4x4 (UNTIL MOTOR WARMS) Low on differential fluid? (if so, what/where to add more? its a 5speed) Low clutch fluid? What would you check?

yes, its very clean - no rust ANYWHERE. and yes, the original owner lives here in Indiana. He gave me receipts for undercoating since he owned it... New head gasket + new thermistat + new coolant overflow jug + few new hoses + some minor exhaust work and its great now... 112k miles, 6 month old tires, brand new battery. I took the seats out because the man was a little short and put spacers under the frames to lift them up about 2 inches... . thats all the work ive done. 2000$ is what i picked it up for
