Actually I don't think that is true. All it does is close off when the engine is cold so the engine can get to operating temp quicker. The heater core temperature control is separate. Most of the State XJs out here have it eliminated and they run just fine. You just run heater tubing from the radiator/engine straight to the heater core. They are different sizes. 5/8" and 1/2" if I remember correctly? 5/8" and 11/16". But you can use 5/8" on both. It's just a little tight on the 11/16" nipples. So what do i use jest a peace of metal tube and put a bend in it

Can i jest do that?? What is the best way to go get the better one or jest put a pipe there??

Jest a question mine is leaking and caused my jeep to over heat i have replaced it 2 times so i wan to know if this is a common problem and is there a better one i can get.

Replaiced u joints on main drive shaft.

can't find anything I'm replacing the rear u joints right now so i will look again

Thats What i thought but why is it when i rotate the driver side the passenger side creaks i still can't figure that one out.

Well the creaking is not from the tie rod ends and i do not beleve its comin from the ball joints had it up on the lift and if you spin eather of the tiers the passenger side creaks.

I'm pretty sure my ball joints are gone and tie rods are toast and something in the front end is creaking so I'm thinking about getting a new D30 maybe a D44 how hard would it be to change. Do i have to modify anything in order to do this upgrade and will a non disco D30 get less MPG than a Disco or would it be better jest to put money in my D30 without replacing it.
