Turbine’s actually worth anything?
JordanTMiller replied to JordanTMiller's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
That’s pretty much the price range I figured they were worth. -
Turbine’s actually worth anything?

I have a set of four 10 spoke turbine wheels with center caps. I know some people love them and others bring them to the dump. My question is what’s the going price for a set with decent tires? -
Not quite, looking for MJ specific. Easier to find a needle in a haystack.

Smells like freedom

The wife and I added some flowers fit for the Miller junkyard! Used an old gas can I collected awhile back and some extra jumper cables. -

We’re probably only into the rustoleum paint for 50-60 bucks with left overs. More time than money getting it all proportionate and straight. -

Thanks guys! -
My wife and I have been knocking out painting up our garage door with a little extra freedom. Down to the stars left now but my hope is to get everyone I know and anybody with a rad 4x4, Street car, motorcycle, moped, razor scooter to come get a photo and maybe a lay a phat burnout in front of it so we can make some memories. If you’re in the Spokane WA area feel free to stop by!

Can’t say the shut down has affected me much being a homebody anyways but I’ve been laying sod and painting like a mad man at the new house and slowly hoarding new Jeep goodies. Purchased some wheels and tires for the new MJ project but they made their way on the wife’s WK for fun.

I came across a screaming deal on some toyos on fuel wheels that I couldn’t pass up! I’m thinking they sure would look good on the new long bed with the new dana44 from @thecodemonk setup for SOA! Just need some coils and arms for the front🤔 Oh, and maybe make it run but minor details.

Ha! We could of parked closer but we were practicing good social distancing Thanks for stopping by man!

Thanks guys! For $30 I figured even if I ruin it I’ve spent $30 on dumber stuff🤷🏼♀️ -

Came across a 1990 Isuzu SnugTop canopy for $30 which is pretty damn close to the one SnugTop made for the Comanche so I think with a little work it might be up to my topper standards. -

Cleaned the dirt off and threw some ABS mud flaps on I cut at work. Definitely looks a little naked back there until a bumper of some sort goes on! -

She’s dirty but the rear is cut. No new bumper yet but I’ll hang my license plate and some mud flaps and call it good for now until the cops say otherwise. Looks a lot better, I’m happy. -

Dave said it was only the second or third time he’s had it out since they built it on DED. First time he obviously got stopped by our local law informant for too much radness. Ha. It’s such a monster in person. I have some finally trimming left to do but I’m really enjoying the look and clearance! My goal is to keep lowering the truck down while keeping the 35s so this is baby steps toward that. I was really pleased how easy it was to cut, left some nice usable sections in case anyone down the road wants to replace some rotted out bed corners. -

I appreciate that Pete! It might go on the long bed project or I might sell it to throw some money at a welder finally. It’s time I start learning now that I have a garage of my own. -

I finally caved and started trimming. I’ve never been a huge fan of my clunky rear tube bumper so figured it was time to go for something new. Hoping for a nice low profile single tube bumper when done kind of like Filthy Addictions Offroad’s but less fancy because skills. -

That’s great! Hopefully they sell them in a Costco size bundle. My Jeeps are full of bumps and bruises... -

Welp. I bumped into my tailgate with a pallet on our forklift at work. Luckily I’m great at body work and already got it fixed up! -
Man, I should of just parked my new project in the field across from you and started buying all these old parts off of you! Those 35s look so good in front of your rig. Can’t wait to see it come together!
