Okay, I can hear the fuel pump, but nothing happens when the fuel rail valve is depressed. Before this work, I would get small amount of fuel and could tell pressure was releasing. Do I need to leave the pump running for a bit to build pressure after having the fuel rail off? -

Bosch 0280155700. I had leaks and figured I'd "upgrade" to a 4-hole. -

Sure. I taped them before removing. But I'll check again. -

Okay. The fuel pump is working, but I have not checked for pressure. On my list now! -

@Pete M and @cruiser54, I posted an audio file in this thread. You can hear what it's doing. -

So, more than likely the injectors are not working? I changed nothing else. -

Yeah, it turns but won't catch. I checked the CPS. I don't think I checked the MAP to the TB. I'll look at that after work. -

I'll check. What would that mean? -
Starting a new topic concerning my retarded fuel injector, supposed upgrade. Everything is back together I think. I have looked for any loose connectors, hoses, vacuum lines, etc. Image posted of what I found, but I'm not sure what I found wasn't already as is. Uploaded audio of truck trying to to start. Never catches, just goes round-n-round. Checked CPS, looks fine. Connection seemed okay. Ran fine before I screwed with it. Just don't understand engines, I guess. Should I just clean the stock injectors and put them back? Really need some guidance here. SPECIAL NOTE: If, like me, you think it would be cool to work on your truck, but, like me, you're a Greenhorn. I highly suggest buying the parts and having someone who knows what the frick they're doing to put them on. This is ridiculous! 474446726_NoteasyVideo.m4a

Well, I got excited too soon! Truck won't start. Turns over fine, but that's all she does. Apparently, while moving all the hoses and crap around I damaged some vacuum lines. I'll try to repair them tomorrow, but I didn't think vacuum lines would cause no start, just a rough idle. If anyone can offer suggestions about what may be causing the no-start, please, please chime in!

Okay folks, this job is almost done! I really do appreciate all the advice and direction given. Hopefully, tomorrow evening I'll have this thing 100% complete, leak-free and ready to go! My only worry now is that the larger retaining clips don't serve a purpose now on the replacement injectors as they are a different shape. They are the ones Stankfoot recommended for Renix trucks, so I gotta go with that.

Oreilly has the repair kit. https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/c/standard-ignition/standard-ignition-3-16-inch-i-d-1-1-2-inch-long-plastic-fuel-line-repair-kit/std0/hk7/v/a/2238/automotive-truck-1988-jeep-comanche?q=fuel+line+reoair+kit&pos=2 At $25.00 bucks it's a complete rip off for the customer! Sheesh!
