oregonman replied to freakjeep93's topic in Member Projects: Your Comanches
Pete, I have provided him with links to a couple sties showing EVERYTHING we have been telling him. Both in this thread and in PM's. He doesn't read or doesn't understand what we continue to write for 15pages now... Its like my pop always said.. you can bring a horse to water.. but you can't make him drink. Here is another one. GUESS WHAT.. the VERY FIRST THING we see is a grinder.. wait for it... CLEANING THE STEEL!!! OMG, what is the guy thinking???? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jy75q-QSIjI Here is more then a couple dozen.. take you pick... http://www.youtube.com/results?search_q ... =0&spell=1 Like I said, I WANT TO HELP, WE ALL WANT TO HELP! But no one can help a person who will not listen. CW i know how to weld the right way now        thanks for the link  -

k guys i have a question. i'm running 4 36.12.50.15s mickey Thomson baja belted but one is almost bald. so i seen a one 36" tire on Craiglist for $100 its a 36.12.50.15 super swamper tsl brand new with the little pokes still on it.but its about inch taller then the bald tire. the guy @ les schwab would not install the tire because it could cause my drive line to bind up?? but then he said if i wanted to bring just the tire in he would put in on the wheel for me so he would not be responsible for any damage that might happen ;...... so my question is if i run this tire that is a little bit taller the then other side on the rear axle , will complete destruction happen ? :huh???:
-
how would i make my stock rims bead locks?
-
that would be could to see were you put your tire @ .... but i guess you would not want to go through any deep mud   :USAflag:

James is right the cleaner will react with the brake fluid and it will be more difficult to get it clean. DISCONNECT the battery first before attempting to work around that fuse block. Remove the fuse block and then clean the mess caused by the leaking master. Then let it dry and repaint the area with a spray can before remounting the fuse block. Then re-connect the battery. yeah but it say it "drys clean" and yeah disconnect the battery.... but do i need to bleed my clutch after i install it? -

i have clue what axle shafts I'm running . I'm still trying to get my running lights working.... my clutch master leaked down on fuse box :fs1: so i got my new one to day Image Not Found and a can of break cleaner for the fuse box. if that does not work then i think it is the headlight pull knob switch.............. :wavey: -

Sway bars do nothing going straight down the road. They control body roll in turns. Just hope that you don't have to take any evasive maneuvers with that much lift. :shake: You already have the brackets. Just go to the junk yard and pick up a sway bar and get some disconnects. Willy i love my body roll.  its fun   My apologies. I'll do my best not to clutter your thread with any useful advice in the future. :shake: :fool: Willy willy your the man  . for real .i don't know a whole lot. i just like going offroad and having a good daily driver . this truck has a long way to go before its trail ready. and the club knows everything about anything . and you are an expert. ............................... sorry if i seem like a a$$hole sometimes. I'm really a nice guy. just don't have much time or money to work on truck. times are rough . .. ... .... ....
