  1. It has a bench seat and a simple 5speed mini console. I can't remember what color the interior is. But I will update that info tomorrow.
  2. Pretty recent to the yard, a lot of parts still on it.
  3. I just looked up the part pricing, GirsMJ86 - I would be happy to grab the parts on Friday for you if you can't get up there by then, pm me if you seriously want this stuff. 91comanche91kid - the driver side taillight is the good one on the truck. Is is missing one of the bumper lights because I took it. I can gladly get you the other light and whatever is left of the wiring. Also pm me and we can figure it out if you are serious. On the rest of the parts, I will be there when they open at 8am, by 8:30am I will post photos to this thread of anything you guys want, just let me know, don't want this to go to waste. I will be grabbing he flares either way as it seems I have at least two people interested.
  4. Closer shot of one fender, also it is a 4.0 2wd 5speed. Has full cluster, rear slider window, sunroof, gas tank, tailgate, one complete taillight, stock rear bumper with small dents
  5. I will be going back to the yard on Friday morning, make a list of parts wanted and I will gladly grab them as long as someone wants them, I'm pretty sure the front bumper spoiler was in the bed of the truck
  6. At pull a part cleveland west, saw today if you need any parts off it I will gladly pull them and ship them.
  7. Thanks everybody, I actually already swapped a bellhousing over from an extra 4wd trans I had laying around. After all that work though the truck still will not move under it's own power. I think either the torque converter or the trans itself are bad and probably the reason everything broke in the first place. When draining the fluid it didn't smell off but it looked like engine oil when draining out. Naxja members seem to suggest that my trans itself is bad. I have decided to stop wasting my time with the 2wd. Hopefully the weather breaks soon and a warming trend starts, when that does happen I am gonna rip the trans/transfer etc all out of my 95 XJ and swap it all into the MJ. I hit a deer with the XJ the other day though so it's not in great shape right now either, gonna see if I can get it to track straight today so at least I have one vehicle to get me around in the meantime.
  8. Right or wrong I have removed them on my XJ and ran without them for at least 6yrs now. I haven't had an issue.
  9. Awesome, thanks a lot.
  10. So I just finished up wiring my existing fogs, added a switch, relay, and new wiring completely. After attempting to turn them on I checked the bulbs and they were not there. Is this the wiring connection or is this silver part a part of the bulb that I still have to remove?
  11. Ok so while driving my 2wd 1990 4.0 MJ today I lost at least one ujoint cap and thus lost my driveshaft. It was discounted at the rear axle once i finally coasted off the highway. The engine died at some point while coasting, when I tried to restart it the starter spun freely, so I checked it and noticed that the bellhousing broke and let the starter drop off the truck. Any ideas why dropping a shaft would cause the bellhousing to break? I'm really concerned about why this happened, doesn't seem to make sense to me. But I am not that educated on the workings of everything. Also I have an extra aw4 from a 93-94 XJ it is a 4wd though and it is missing the t/c so I can't easily swap the whole trans. Any problems with pulling the bellhousing from the extra trans and bolting it up to my existed 2wd bell housing?
  12. Hornbrod is correct here is a picture of the part in the box
  13. On Saturday I replaced my injectors, when doing so I used the exact same o rings on both sides of the injectors. Has been leak free since, everything seems fine so far.
  14. Oreillys auto parts. Made by the company pioneer p/n CA 1776
  15. I know that it is spelled out but before I started I was looking for pics with zero luck. Now that I finished it here are some pics, hope this may help someone.
  16. So yesterday I swapped out my column shift column for one from a 5speed cherokee. Because of this I had to swap in a floor shift also from a cherokee. Everything installed and ready to go, shifter is very very stiff. I put it into reverse no problem, backed out of lift bay to sweep shop floor, put back into park also no problem. When going to leave shop, I need to make a three point turn until the snow melts, once in drive I can not get it to shift back into park or reverse. I removed the console cover and the end of the shift cable had a plastic sleeve over it and that has appeared to break which now lets the shift cable simply bend instead of shifting. It was a brand new cable, I have already ordered a new one but it won't be in until Wednesday. I will post pics once it is light out, but what do you think went wrong and caused this to break, don't want to destroy another $70 cable.
  17. Nothing to add, just adding in my curiosity as well. My 90 has manual windows and if I could swap the power from my parts cherokee it would make putting the passenger window down for the dog a hell of a lot easier.
  18. I am looking for the rod that connects the load sensing valve to the differential.
  19. So I haven't got much done lately, but I did get to change the distributor cap, wires, plugs, rotor, replaced the vacuum harness with one I got from rockauto. Changed the air and fuel filters. And mounted the half console , shifter plate and shifter for the floor shift, still waiting for the correct floor shift cable to come into the part store though. This is what I found when I pulled the air filter. So as a reminder pull your air filter and clean and change you ccv system.
  20. I am more than open to trade off the column shift column after I pull it out. Send me a pm if you really interested.
  21. The column was completely missing some parts when I received it. It needs some washers and an upper steering bearing. Otherwise it is a repairable unit. It was simply easier for me to get the floor shift parts than it was to get the bearing. And after I swap in 4wd down the road I will have to install the shift lever in that space so I would have converted it then anyways. http://comancheclub.com/topic/41815-steering-wheel-slop/?do=findComment&comment=423393
  22. So after taking awhile to get some parts together, I plan on swapping out my steering column. I currently have a busted column shift column in the MJ now. I will be swapping in a column from a 91 5speed. And I have grabbed the half console, tunnel plate, floor shift assembly, shift cable from handle to trans all from the same 94 XJ from the junkyard. Plan on doing the swaps in the morning, anything I am missing ?
  23. I went to the junkyard this morning to pull a new column for my 90. 3 XJs and not one had it's steering column still left in it. Saw a late 80s early 90s S10 blazer, the columns looked pretty similar, I didn't pull it. While researching just now I found an old no longer active member who claimed to have installed an s10 column into his MJ with no problems. Any credibility to this?
  24. Yes I did remove the lockplate and the spring, am I missing anything other than the bearing? I'm going to the junkyard in the morning to try to find a new column, I really wish I could keep the column shift as I kinda like the bench seat w/column shift
