thank you very much. i had seen that post b4 (like last year) but couldnt find it today. it all went very well. my intent was to just change everything in one unit including the motor, so was stymied when it turned out to be a different electrical connection. anyway, it all swapped over quite nicely and now i have wipers that actually work. now for some reason there's no wiper fluid coming out, but thats a prob 4 tomorrow.lol.

i have a '95 cherokee sport parts vehical and want to take the wiper mechanism out and put it in the '91 comanche. -- is there anything i should be on the lookout for? -any differences that will be a pitfall? any answers greatly appreciated. -- thanx - shawn.

i am hopinto get some body work done at a shop next month and was thinking it would be simpler to just b able to hand them a whole unit to install, without me having to do anything ( time is hard to come by) , but if it needs to b that way -so be it. gotta get the visors done that way anyway.

i was thinking more about this one i saw once on here that was apparently a 2000 cherokee that was possibly cut off behind the windshield and under the seats and the back half of a comanche ( that had the exact same treatment) welded on to this. - apparently the frames were a different width, but this was overcome with some gusset plates welded on.

i saw that red one one time that was apparently "cut and welded".- it was super nice and i am forever looking for info on this kinda thing. ----- anyone have any links?
