Is there a way to bypass and do a direct ground from the FSU to chassis?

So as stated before my tranny won shift unless I go manual by disconnecting the TCU, did all that I could, replaced TPS , clean c101, check all fuses and grounds, replaced te TCU 2 times and waiting on the 3rd! And still nothing!! I can't get this Pos to $#!&!!! I'm about to loose it!! Lol!! What else could it be? HELP!!!!! Before I loose my mind and go Toyota! Bahaha!! Thanks y'all!

So my old gauge does not work, it was stuck on 3/4 no matter how much fuel in it, so replaced the gauge and same, replaced the cluster with a 90xj full gauges and tach and still shows empty even do the tank is full!, disconnected the sending unit and turned the key and the fuel gauge goes up past full to the max, reconnect and back to empty, already cleaned the c101 connector, checked ground and even tapped on the sending unit to maybe loosen the floater and nothing! Any other ideas? Other than the obvious which is replacing the sending unit that is hard to find ! Any help will be welcome!

Well took the alternator out since the truck would die when the + battery terminal was disconnected, the alternator check out to be working fine, so, check all fuses and found the gauge fuse was blown, replaced it and walla! All works back to normal!! Battery is charging, and driving just fine! But I will still upgrade!!

The tires look way too huge though, for the size of wheel well. Yes, I'm going up about 5" and 33's, that is a spare from one of my tj's, just to see what I could fit. :-)

Yes, and obviously didn't Know, that's y I'm asking here, but apparently noone ever has a straight answer.

Got my tail lights all cleaned up and Gave them a facelift.

So my alternator took a poop after driving all day yesterday, I called local Autoparts store and they say this is only 100 Amp ? Is there a way or another alternator that will fit in the mj that puts out more Amp? Maybe 160-185?

I got that and a 3" lift from rustys , it will go on in the next few weeks, it should give me a 4-5" total , I have done this before and worked very well, I was able to run 33's on 10" wheels with No rubbing!!, so I'm doing the same to Kona.

Not to hijack but got all that done and upgraded cable and didn't fix the TCU problem, guess TCU it's really fried!, but at lest its done!

Could this be also a reason for the TCU not to work? Shoot ! I'll do this anyways! Great post!
