  1. Pulled the Radiator last night and installed the A/C Condenser and the return line. Tonight I plan to finish installing these and then it's off for a vacuum and charge.
  2. Heck no but I would love one, what's the damage?
  3. Put the Trasharoo on last night and the straps were kinda a pain in the @$$. But I've always wanted one and said if I ever had a spare tire I would put one on.
  4. Thanks for the info and pics brother, as for Moab it was really just an afterthought. The plan was always Colorado which can only be done in the summer. Since our route dropped us into Moab we decided to add a few days and hit some of the iconic stuff.
  5. Finished up the inside of the topper and loaded up all the stuff I'm taking with me. Here is my problem The Eagle is now sitting 1.5 inches inches lower.in the rear. Anyone running after market shackles or add a leafs on an SOA?
  6. With all the OffRoad trails we are doing I gotta make sure everything is tied down. I built a sleeping platform then mounted the propane bottle and propane fire pit and should still have room for my clothes.
  7. Tire doesn't look so big now that the topper is on.
  8. Finished up the tire carrier last night and got the topper installed, it's my first time building anything like this but I'm happy with how it turned out.
  9. Yeah it looks big but I think it will look much better once I get the topper back on. I'm putting a gas can on the driver side so I'm hoping that will also help. But it fairness it's a big tire.
  10. Main bar is welded up and I've added the latch on the driver's side and the pin to hold it open on the passenger.
  11. Got the main bar tacked up!
  12. My buddy stopped by yesterday and while we were talking he asked if the Cruise Control worked. So I made sure everything was hooked up and on the way to town this morning I gave it a try. Sure will be nice crossing the country.
  13. We are going to cross Colorado on Mountain passes and dirt roads then drop into Moab. I do plan to sleep in the truck bed so I'll be mounting the gas can on the swing out tire carrier.
  14. Took a chance on this JK fold down table to mount on my swing out tire carrier. My Colman stove fits perfectly.
  15. Had to modify the bumpstop that came with the kit but I think it's still gonna work.
  16. Welding on the bumper swing out tire mount is complete and is back on the truck. The tolerances are tight but I dig how it turned out.
  17. With the taper of the Dirtbound Offroad bumper on the corner I had to grind the same angle on the axle spindle. Then I'll do a couple plug welds on the angle then pull the bumper and weld up the back.
  18. Decided I may as well get busy on this swing out tire carrier.
  19. When I put the 97 fuel pump in the MJ tank I could either lower the tank below the frame rail or cut a hole in the bed to make room for the regulator, I chose the latter. I finally got around to finishing the cap so now I can start building my sleeping area for next months trip.
  20. Brown truck brought me a swing out tire carrier kit from EMS OffRoad.
  21. Starting to take shape.
  22. Did a little work on my fuel pump cover last night, as you can see math was never my strong suit.
  23. Brown Santa brought a few more items for The Eagle this afternoon.. portable air, Topper Tape, and a new latch so I can lock the topper when I'm away from the truck.
