ya know the sad part is, the titan and tundra are more "American" than Chevy and Dodge trucks. 100% of the tundra's and titans are made in the USA while 85% of Silverados and 90% of Rams are made in Mexico or Canada.

well i took my class B and air brake test and passed today. so i gained some job security and FU priveledges

if you were enjoying bad rings, you would see smoke and a lovely gasoline aroma in your oil. when i was a service advisor we had a ranger 4.0 (ford v6 of course) that had such bad compression that it barely moved under its own power. ....kinda funny, if you took the oil cap off while it was running it would stall! get your rear main fixed. and do tell me about that sick lookin vicky wagon in your icon!

john, i don't know how its done in the poconos. but over here we have certian municipalities that are like the ghestoppo(sp). If you sneeze wrong they will pull you over. don't they have something better to do than measure the tint on my windows?

front plates are ridiculous anyway they are unlit so cops can't see them at night. and most cars nowadays look stupid with a front plate anyhow.

why did they call it "odd fire"? i noticed the column was different and the steering wheel wasnt right, didnt know about the roll bars. it appears that it has some sort of lift as well not to mention the 31's and white wagon wheels ....the original would have had steelie's with chrome hubcaps right?.

I almost got my hands on one this summer. well, we went ahead and got the focus (pics tomarrow) when i called the insurance co with the vin, the quote went WAAAAAY back down. so given that we went from 19mpg to 35 mpg hwy and dropped our payment 110 per month. Not to mention we have a car under warranty again. The salesman (after the deal was done) said to me " now we have to get you out of that chevy of yours" quick as a wink my respose was "you start selling Jeeps here we will talk."

my brother in law was doing a delivery today adn came across a j10 honcho with very little rust its a stepside with a 360ci for $500 i told him to jump on it! he said he would think about it ! if i had the money id be quick about it.

acutally i just called the car insurance co back and it would be cheaper to get a 2006 mustang convertible. maybe enterprise will have one... Wahoo, i actually used to work for enterprise so i have that info.

i just checked out insurance ....holy $%#@! why would our insurance go up when moving from an escape to a focus with the same coverage? it would go from 545 every 6 months to 900 every 6. I'm befuddled?

well, part of the problem is that the Escape's payment has caused many nail-biter months fiscally speaking. (when we bought it we were making a lot more money). another problem is fuel economy Jen has the same commute as i do (about 25 miles each way. but since we work different shifts we can't ride together) she is also complaining that her escape that was getting 22mpg hwy is now getting 19 hwy and its fwd not 4wd. If it were a 4x4 that would be just fine. another thing is insurance.

my wifes escape is attatched to a large payment $503 per mo.W/30 months left. i am thinking that we are further ahead trading it on a new focus so far we will be looking at $390per mo @60 months for a very loaded model. sound good ? just want an outside opinion

awww c'mon, it just needs a little TLC. and a frame machine ....umm and a new front clip, ....oh and maybe ball joints. come to think of it the front sway bar is probably bent too. Thats all! this truck is easily worth $1000..... oops i mean $100. In all seriousness it looks pretty clean rust wise id give him a couple hundred. just a little more than the bone yard.

its simple ...to get a bigger grilling surface you use a 454, 460, or if your mopar, a 440ci block.

how does this sound for a color for my manche, the jeep 60th anniversary silver? now, remember i have the reddish brown interior. i was thinking also of maybe changing the grille out to a chrome 86 wagoneer (before they went to the hideous stacked headlights).
