PM Notification but no PM

I received 2 PM notifications this morning but when I go check my PM's I have no new ones.

 

Is it possible that someone sent me a PM than decided to delete it after they sent it?

Sometimes I've found a huge delay in the PM and the email. Our forum software isn't exactly the greatest. :roll:

But a simple experiment might be able to clear this up. I just sent you a PM and then went into the Outbox and deleted it. Lemme know if you get it.

Got the PM notification, no PM in my inbox though.

OR they posted to a different name. (I have two names on some sites)
