That looks expensive, heavy, and seems to have very little surface to grill on. But it certaintly is clever, especially with the bowtie in the middle of the grill. Instead of regular grill lines you would have a dark chevy bowtie seared into your steak.

its simple ...to get a bigger grilling surface you use a 454, 460, or if your mopar, a 440ci block.
