Overhead Console with lights ideas

I can't seem to find any real pictures on here, or on Google for that matter, of overhead console ideas.  I can't stand the side lights, they are useless, even with bright LED's.  I want a nice overhead console front and back to light up the cab.  Any pics and leads on which vehicles to pull them from is what I am looking for.

Would not the XJ OCs work on an MJ? I imagine the length may an issue.

I’m looking to do the same thing to mine, when I swap in the 1999 interior.  I’m guessing / I believe I saw someone had cut down the newer OHC, glued / bonded / adhered / fiberglassed it back together, then hid the work with the fabric.    If you stumble across the link / pictures / write up, please post it up on this thread, or if you undertake the project, please do a build thread.
