Fuel Tank replacement

Once I pulled my fuel tank, I found two rubber grommets that serve as (I guess vent hoses), well after 37 years, those same rubber grommets are fully deteriorated, and since that is the case, where can I get new rubber grommets for my 87 Comanche Laredo, 4.0 liter 4x4?

 

Please advise!

All done... sorry I hadn't posted my reply until now. I have been nursing my wounds since returning from #wnc #hurricane #helene #volunteering.

But the truck is now running well, I still get a little bucking every now and again... but I have only driven it (maybe 50 miles after installing), time will tell if this replacement resolved that issue!
