I had a hard time getting the track bar off the frame, you need a puller iirc... it was a HUGE pain with the trackbar attached, I had to rent a set of compressors.

if you know what you're doing you don't need specialty tools.

I actually don't know anyone who uses a puller for them anymore (to my knowledge).

hammer and cro-bar. place the cro-bar between the trackbar and the trackbar mount, after unscrewing the TRE's nut of course, then take the hammer and hit the side (inner side right on the end where the trackbar TRE goes through) of the trackbar mount hard a few times. should fall right out within 5 hits or so.

use this technique on any tie rod end.

and, if you're lifting it more than 2 or 3", you need a new trackbar anyways so the first thing that should come off is the upper end...if you do the lower first, you'll never get the upper off.

Well, as you can probably tell this was my virgin experience with a SFA setup... Where should I look for a different track bar since I'm lifted about. 4"???

they're all over the internet. just don't buy rusty's (the absolute worst quality you can buy, and you probably want one with a new trackbar mount up top and a poly bushing instead of a TRE.

SOA-ing a rear axle will cost you $45 max for the perches and ubolts, then you'll need to lengthen the brake line, or buy a dodge dakota rear line.

I'd probably do a spacer and shackle lift for now were I you, cause with SOA you're gonna want 4.5" or 5" of lift anyways, so there's no point investing in shorter lift than that.
