mr4x4 Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 how bad would it be to run 36-12.50-15 tsl bias ply with the d30 I have the d44 in the rear the 36-12.50-15 is about 2 pounds lighter then the 35 trxus mt
kazzx Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 I run 34"x12" TSLs on a 30/35 combo with no problems.
BLHTAZ Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 You should be fine. I wheeled the piss out of an XJ with a D30 front and 36" TSL's in Tellico a couple months ago and made it through everything with no trouble and no winching.
mr4x4 Posted December 26, 2007 Author Posted December 26, 2007 sound good I was hoping the light weight would make up for the size I think they weigh about the same as my current 35's I don't want to change out the D30 when I just put a OX locker in the front (picked up the OX for $100)
BLHTAZ Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 (picked up the OX for $100) That's almost as good as free... 8)
mr4x4 Posted December 26, 2007 Author Posted December 26, 2007 yeah the guy who sold it to me told me $100 there was no way I was going to pass that up I also picked up a detroit locker for the D44 and a D44 axle housing for $100 I didnt think I should pass that up either
