Pete M
if anyone has a dribble of water coming down in the passenger side corner of the floor, this might be your culprit. you must pull the hvac to get at it. I think this truck suffered from every single possible water leak save for a sunroof (but only because it doesn't have one). the good news is that it's a southern truck and the rust up in that corner is just surface and can be dealt with without welding. there is a patch needed on the floor though. these are just the ones I found on the pass side

Pete M
still gutted and half-hovering on jackstands. but the glass has all new seals and I've got a ton of new parts waiting to go in once I finally get the cab watertight. it's reeeeeally close to finally getting out of the "fixing" phase and into the "reassembly" phase. I just keep finding problems. (I couldn't get that leak to reoccur with the hose so we moved the canopy. the rain did the trick and now it's covered again)
ghetdjc320
Those darn seams I used my multitool with flexible caulk blades to remove all of that factory crap seam sealer. Every bit of it has to be removed on my current truck. Had they actually painted and finished the panels before sealing, they wouldn’t be this bad. Fortunately, once the sealer is removed, por15 loves to find its way down into those seams.
