Going to be replacing my radiator, should I replace water pump and fan clutch even though fan seems to spin fine and I don't see current pump leaking?.

Water pump might as well especially if you don't know when it was replaced last. Fan clutch if it wiggles otherwise leave it. Also good time to consider a open system vs closed depending on year

With the radiator out, it's so easy to do the waterpump and thermostat too.   I would.
