Paint/Color Codes? Correct ID Panel?

This is the only panel/sticker I can find inside the engine compartment, and it doesn't really match up with any of the tag identifiers. Just looking for the correct paint/interior body panel codes...

3rd row down. APA is the paint procedure the next 3 digits (which I can't read) are the primary paint code. The next 3 (QW3) is the secondary paint code.

Ok, that's what I was thinking, but could find no mention of APA as a paint code on the 1989 Parts List PDF I have, or on sites like PaintScratch.com

If you can tell me what the primary code is I will try to find the color for you. Most of the lookup's are wrong. My primary code is PE4 which is Colorado Red, the lookup's say Colorado Red is HE4. I was told that only digit 2 and 3 i.e. the E4 are actually the paint code.

It almost has to be PWB as best I can tell...

It looks like it is HWA/H2B/AY95HWB/HWB Pearl White.

Piant codes can still be looked up through the VIN# as well. I did it for mine when the wife got t-boned and we had to repalce the door and paint the whole drivers side of the MJ.

I saw that in my Parts PDF, but my Label on my 89 didn't look like they described and the 3 Digit code they mention didn't match anything on my Tag.
