Hey one more thing, where is cruiser54's tips stowed away on this site? Some of my medical issues have finally been dealt with and therefore I want to begin turning wrenches on my truck.

Its not the CPS, I think it's the check valve in the gas tank. After cycling the ignition 3 to 4 times, that truck started decently and is not revving. Although, I will check the CPS eventually!

Or, it could be leaking injectors. Not holding pressure after the Jeep is shut off and requiring the fuel pump priming you've been performing.

Either way, my entire fuel system is slated to be rebuilt. I see that Rock Auto offers new steel gas tanks for our trucks, along with fuel pump. filter sock and tank straps. I will also replace all of the fuel lines and get 4 port fuel injectors.
