You're right. I'm going to HF today. I know the fuel pressure is low as it doesn't spray. However, a pressure gauge will be helpful. The injectors work. I had them all out, cleaned and tested them. Will test for spark tomorrow. You're only 3.5 hours away. Just swing by tomorrow! LOL! I admit it. My troubleshooting skills lack organization. ratrapp
a noid light will determine if the injectors are getting signal to operate, not the actual function of the injectors.remember an engine needs spark, fuel and compression to run.i doubt it suddenly lost compression but i have seen stranger things but its highly unlikely.trust me if i were closer i would swing by. Just to verify. https://www.harborfreight.com/11-piece-noid-light-and-iac-tester-set-97959.html Thus will work for renix MJs?
ratrapp
yes, even the renix 4.0 uses ev1 style injectors that are pretty common.
ratrapp
there will be one in the kit to check injector pulse.it might not be labeled ev1 but there is one in there. Edited April 22, 2023 by ratrapp misspelling

Well, I have spark. Fuel pressure whilst cranking starts at 39-49 then suddenly drops. At the same time this is happening, I noticed fuel dripping from the fuel pressure regulator/fuel line connection. This may be the problem. Thoughts? ratrapp
did you verify injector pulse and you said you have spark, but did you just spark at the wires or did you pull the plugs to see if maybe theyre gas fouled?
