My confusion is that there is no dedicated brake light or 'stop' wire on the MJ. Just a LH turn/stop and a RH turn/stop. The XJ harness has LH turn, RH turn, and the separate stop wire (blue/white). I'm unsure of what to connect the blue/white wire to.
Ωhm
I think I see what you're saying. Cherokee (Amber Turn Signals) vs Wagoneer (Red Lens) show Cherokee going straight to the Stop Lamps and not through the Turn Signal Switch. So, my next question is what's in C156_P? chance_p
*Pin 3 on XJ C118 connects to pin 5 on XJ C119. This will provide proper wiring for the brake lights I think this is the fix to my issue. Edit: confirmed. Jumping those two pins together makes the brake lights function.
Ωhm
Make sure Turn Signals work when Brake is applied.
