Bolts for tow mirrors

MY '88 MJ came stock with the tow mirrors. The problem is that the paint shop lost my bolts to attach the mirrors back to the door. The thread inserts are in the doors and I cannot for the life of me figure out the size bolts I need that fit them. Seems silly, I know, but I literally set outside a hardware store trying what seemed like every bolt they had. If anyone knows what size they are, I would be totally grateful if you would let me know.

BTW, I am new to this forum. I just purchased an '88 Comanche and I have so many questions but I will try to research all of my questions prior to posting (I researched the heck out of the bolt size for the tow mirrors and found no answers).

AMC part number is 8934201604

Mopar 34201604

GM number is 11502693

 

I recommend looking up the GM number as that’s easier to find than mopar or AMC.

Sounds to me like the body shop's problem if they removed the mirrors and didn't retain the hardware. Especially considering they sent you home in a vehicle that isn't legal for road use if it has no mirrors on it.
