Waggy 44 steering

I'm running the stock waggy 44 tie-rod otk with the waggy 44 drag link. how do i mate it up to my pitman-arm? is there a special end i should use?

Ream out the pitman arm, or buy a waggy one.

there's no ill effects to reaming out the pitman arm?

Do it right, and no... Most of the aftermarket steering upgrades get you to do that.

This is what I did on both my offroad jeeps, when I went to the 3/4 ton, steering setup I am running.

That's what we did on mine, we used the Snap On hand reamer ($25-$30) in a drill going very slow.

 

Used the stock pitman arm and the Waggy drag link and a Rubicon express track bar, and the angles were perfect.
