DirtyComanche
Ream out the pitman arm, or buy a waggy one.
Darren
there's no ill effects to reaming out the pitman arm?
DirtyComanche
Do it right, and no... Most of the aftermarket steering upgrades get you to do that.
CWLONGSHOT
I agree. This is what I did on both my offroad jeeps, when I went to the 3/4 ton, steering setup I am running. CW
bpm4x4
Ream out the pitman arm, or buy a waggy one. That's what we did on mine, we used the Snap On hand reamer ($25-$30) in a drill going very slow. Used the stock pitman arm and the Waggy drag link and a Rubicon express track bar, and the angles were perfect.
