I've seen this truck here before and a 2wd version in the same trim w/45K miles.  There was a lot of forum traffic on both dating back to 2011.

That's because that's a scam site.  They scrape ads from Craigslist and other sites in order to get you to contact them.  Take note of how the only way to "contact the seller" is by a generic "contact us" page

I figured there was a 72.328% chance it was a scam site from the page design. I probably shouldn't have given them my CC# to hold this truck for me...
