That's why I was thinking on a resto someone might pay that, but the simple answer is.......yes. Before I reupholstered my MJ seats in classic 80s burgundy tweed/houndstooth, I looked at lots of other options with the shop and they had perforated leather and "leatherette" (vinyl) available. I thought about keeping the burgundy vinyl bolsters on the sides and replacing the OE worn out houndstooth pattern cloth on the seat bottom and backrest with black perforated leatherette.
