ZHelmuth Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 Hello everyone, My kickdown cable is shot on my jeep and it has severely affected my shifting. Anyone have an idea where I can source one? I have been looking for a while with no luck. Can universal cables be used? What specifically should I look for? This is the only thing keeping my jeep off the road! Any help is appreciated!

Eagle Posted February 28, 2021 Posted February 28, 2021 I have the hulk of a 2.8L XJ out back. It probably still has the kick-down cable, but until the snow melts I won't be able to get at it.
eaglescout526 Posted February 28, 2021 Posted February 28, 2021 I just remembered about this. If I am right, its the cable that goes from the TB to the trans, there arent any left as NOS.
