Comanche 87 2.5L

Could someone tell me where this  two-wire harness connects, one is black and the other blue with an orange line, the cables come out together with those of the ISC engine harness

Judging by the look of it tells me it would be the AC compressor connector.

but my jeep does not come  A/C from the factory

Well you also don’t have power steering. 87 for the 2.5L is a weird year for it much like the 87 is for the 4.0. But the harness came ready to add other things from the factory like PS and AC.

Could also be the powersteering pressure sensor plug, it had a plug like that.

 

The harness is typically set up with all the options, that way they only needed to make one harness.

That does look like the power steering conector. My truck was the same way, no PS, no AC. I added PS and plugged that in and when the pressure gets high, it tells the computer to increase idle speed. I also added AC to mine, and the AC plug is different.
