Annoying sound under dash

Like it says. Can't seem to find it. It's pretty constant. I can hear it the loudest when my foot is off the throttle and cruising.

Can't really hear anything for certain. Do you have needle bounce on your speedometer?

check driveline speedo cable

The speedometer cable/housing is secured by a small clip that bolts to the frame side UCA bolt underneath.  Check that clip to see if it's still attached.  If it's not, the cable can bounce around, tapping the UCA and making noise.
