old junkyards are just plain cool

found these in the TN 'yard yesterday.  the scrambler was not with the other junkers but I forgot to ask the story behind it.  also saw some OG broncos, a scout, and some remains of 60s muscle cars.  wish I could have wandered more, but it's not that kind of yard.

Unless the entire driverside of that Scrambler is horribly mangled (or completely missing....) why is that whole thing even sitting there like that???  That thing deserves to live on somewhere else.

I got the feeling it will.    as I said, it wasn't with the rest of the junkyard, more in a side yard with other more complete rigs.  I'm bummed I forgot to inquire into it.

If Those wooden side boards on the cj8 are oem and worth a pretty penny if not rotted.
