Tail light to cab wiring harness

Where does the harness from the tail light go if I am tracing them forward? I followed it forward of the gas tank into the cab. Are there any other connectors or does it go straight to the fuse panel?

 

Also, is there a better wiring diagram than what I have in the Haynes manual? Maybe something that actually shows the routing of the wires in relation to their position in the truck? I am having some tail light issues and I think I have it tracked down to a bad fuss box.
