meadmike05
Who makes a cap or topper that would fit an 86mj long bed.
JustEmptyEveryPocket
For things like this, I highly recommend you do your own research. Start by going to google and typing in something like "site:comancheclub.com toppers" and reading. The site:comancheclub.com part of that search string will limit results to this website, meaning all the information should be good and directly applicable. Vary what threads come up by changing topper to any search parameters you want. Handy little nugget of knowledge to store away. Good luck and happy reading/ learning. SoCalManche
Honestly man, I've been down this rabbit hole a few times, and I was actually down it again last night because I'm trying to rid myself of California rent prices, and thought about building out a trailer sooner than later with a topper. That being said, a ton of threads on here talk about the long bed topper, factory and aftermarket alike, and really you just kind of have to sift through all of the info to figure out what you are looking for. I really want a canvas one, but honestly, I'll probably have to get a custom one made.
Pete M
I think it's the longbed S-10s that are close?
buxmj
What I have seen and learned is that no one currently makes a fiberglass topper for the long bed or short bed mj, you have to find a used one and even have it shipped, that is what I did 10 years ago. I would stay away from anything that is not mj specific, I have seen pics of some of those toppers and the more you look the worse it gets. They might look ok from the side but when you look from the back the angle of the sides of the topper is different than the cab and really is an eye sore. Search for a used one, they are out there, you may have to wait but like everything with our trucks this site and google will be your best source. Buck.
