15,800 Miles? in Blacksburg VA

1988 Jeep Comanche. Vehicle has 15800 miles. The engine was rebuilt in 2017. Its in great condition.

Check out that aftermarket velour seating. Era appropriate and fun to clean. Did a good job color matching though.

I get the feeling there's a 0 missing on that mileage.  if it really was under 16k, I'd expect a shot of the gauge cluster.

I suspect he means the rebuilt engine has 15,800 miles. I came across this on another recent listing- advertised as 100,000 (sounds low, but not unreasonable)- turns out the truck had over 300,000 miles on it, rebuilt engine had the 100,000 miles. I guess that's why you trust, but verify.
