omega_rugal
other than the obvios ´ try next gear dip$#!& ´ does the shift up light have some other use? i mean, with my current setup, whenever i upshift i must wait for the engine to rev down a little so the gears mesh more easily, i plan to wire a switch in the clutch so whenever is pressed, propane suply is reduced, with the engine slowing down and with leaner mix it should synch and mesh faster, then i recalled that automatic transmission during shifts the timing is retarded and the mix altered to reduce strain in the transmision and make the shift invisible to the driver... i wonder if the shift up light does the same... No. Upshift Indicator is only a suggestion (fuel economy) , based on RPM's, TPS, and MAP values.

And it's there so they could meet fuel mileage standards on the simulated driver's loop. Best use for it is remove the bulb and save it for some other location someday.
