Is it worth fixing? Unibody rust

Rest of the frame looks decent.   Put my hand thru the frame in this small place in front of rear spring hanger.    Would the uni-body plating solve my issue?   

 

After everything ive done to this thing I’m pretty bummed at this point.     The truck is rusty, but this is the only frame issue.     It even still has floor pans in it.

 

thankfor any opinions.  Gotta love living in the rust belt.

Definitely! Cut it out and put in new. Mine was the same way when I got it.

The spring mount actually comes off nicely.

Yeah I think I’m going to try.    At least have a buddy weld in a panel.     Thanks for the pics!
