RestoringNV
Which front axle will be the easiest and readily available, to swap? I want to eliminate the CAD. And in the process, gain a 4.10 ratio. Please advise.
Jeep Driver
IMO- 94 to 98 are the best years to search for. 4.10 will only come in the 2.5 XJs. Happy searching.
Pete M
car-part.com can help with junkyard searches. or you're really lucky you might be able to find a cheap XJ on craigslist.
RestoringNV
Cherokee, D30-HP. Many components appear to be recently changed. This differential will be geared to a 4.10 ratio! Currently it is a 3.55, I bought it for $50.

RestoringNV
No more front end noise! The front diff u-joint yoke was, coming in to contact with the down pipe, so much as to put a large and deep gouge into it! Hyde now has a complete SS exhaust system!
