Pete M
where is it leaking? from the side of the tank where the gas goes in? or from the side near the center of the truck?
Wounded_Fighter
I had this problem when i bought mine.. I got lucky looking under the truck when I was filling and saw it pouring out where the O-ring is suppose to be around the In-Tank Sender unit. 3$ Fuel Tank O-ring at Autozone, Boom problem solved, for me anyway. Hopefully its that easy for you too!
8valvehero
If it has a factory skid plate over it, there is probably a bunch of crud in between the skid and tank that has caused the tank to rust through. Remove the skid and inspect. A rusted tank will have to be replaced. Its not a terribly difficult job. Good Luck!
