MeanLemons
Amazon has a box. I think 12x12x60 or something. That’s how I shipped a Lund visor

And I've possibly got a full bench seat, dash and full center console to ship to Washington state...Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
Dzimm
My Lund visor just came wrapped in bubble wrap and in a long/wide box that probably could have fit a second one. I would just wrap it up good with bubble wrap and stick it in any box you can find or make your own box out of other boxes taped together. I would recommend adding a few extra layers of cardboard inside the box to add some strength in case it's dropped on its end or bent.

Then I used three medium size cardboard boxes, two of them for the sides, then cutting the third for the middle section and taping it all together. I do the same thing for my surfboards when flying. I figured it's fiberglass so it should work. It went from Florida to Pennsylvania in one piece.
