fiatslug87 Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 Three years ago I was driving my '88 MJ, at a stoplight the trans decided to not move out of neutral. I got it towed back home and pushed it into the garage. Fast forward three years, finally dropped the the trans and took it to get repaired. This is what caused it to lock up, a small crack in the 5th gear (@ 12 o'clock in the pic)! It's all back together now and running great, should have gotten to it much sooner.
