How to install a Floor Pan.

I fixed the driver's side with overlapping good metal, body cement and rivets. Now I have a passenger floor pan that is flat. Do I cut out the ridge on the floor?

Depending on your rust issue, to do it to right you would drill the spot welds and remove the brace. I was able to salvage brace and put it back over the new pan. It's a complete pain in the asss

most guys just remove the frame brace and discard it.
