Front Bed Hook Location?

Would someone be able to measure the height to the center of the front bed hooks (in bed, near cab) from the bottom of the bed?

 

I have a SWB with a bedliner which covers them.  I'm trying to make them usable without removing the liner to find them.

 

If someone has a decent closeup picture, that would be helpful as well.
