Does anyone happen to know the size of the o ring that goes on the steering box end of the line , I tried searching but all I found was that end of the line was 18 mm , does that mean I need to look for a 18mm o ring ? Thanks.

No, it's a way smaller o-ring than that.  My notes say the size is a -903, but that won't mean anything to most people.  A hydraulic shop should know what that means, tell them it's for a hydraulic application that sees abuse.

There's a GM P/N 26001594 that I believe to be correct.  Rockauto lists a 10 pack for about $3 US (might be the price for one but you have to buy a box of 10?), so I'm thinking they are the ones.

Thank you for your response , I got the oring and replaced it . Turns out that when I replaced my high pressure hose I most likely over tightened the nut and split the seal . 2723464a326afd36099f6a430022d3eb.jpg

No leaks

So lesson learned, when replacing hose , be gentle and tighten until it starts to get pretty snug .

anybody remember if the upper oring is the same as the lower one, did my hoses, pump and steering box a while back and mustve done the same with the upper end of the pressure hose and pinched the oring over tightening.
