Jtrux
I have been using Tapatalk lately. Download it (it is free) and find Comanche Club in the search bar, come back to this thread and when you go to post a response, there will be a little deal you can click on to add am image. Super easy. The pilot bushing/bearing should he tapped all the way into the crankshaft until it is seated as far in as it will go. In order to get them out, it is typically required to use a small slide hammer. I find it odd that one would come out like yours did, but I guess anything is possible. Jtrux
What exactly fell out when you took it apart? Looks like you still have to remove the race. http://www.harborfreight.com/automotive-motorcycle/pullers/slide-hammer-and-bearing-puller-set-5-pc-62601.html Sorry for the multiple posts. I used this on my '06 LJ a while back when I changed the bearing on it.
ParadiseMJ
..if i peck it that far in Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk It's pack it in. Sincerely, Charles Peck  EDIT: I'm sure you've heard this, but IMHO find a different transmission. I screwed with my BA-10 twice and finally scrapped it because of having to drop the thing twice and have something else (unrelated to the first issue) go wrong with it, both time within about 6 months.
