Ok guys..i got a 88 comanchd 4.0 and i have replaced the rear main 3 times less then 2 weeks...i kept thinking it was still it...i did everything just like i should..but now i noticed the oil is coming out from between the trans and dust cover..is there a seal behind the flywheel that could go bad? Dunno if u can tell but theres a lip back inside there..if i peck it that far in it will just fall down in it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It seems like if it goes that far it will fall down into a little lip....???? Idk...when i pulled my trans the pilot bearing came out with it..so i guess last owner didnt putit in right....how can i post up a pic?

I'm in the process of putting in a new pilot bearing..I'm sitting here under the truck now lol..I'm needing to kno..how far do i peck it in? Just a little bit? Or untill it stops??? Needing to kno asap...thanks lol

I am in the process of changing ny rear main seal this morning...i noticed my pickup tube looks a little dirty...is it possible to remove it and clean it and put it back in or do i have to buy a new one??

Yes for now...and when and if i get a bed i will tackle the rear bulbs and sockets are good

On the plug that hooks to the tail light plug..which one is ground? Theres a few black ones

Read on another forum that someone replaced theres and it fixed it...no they wasent working befor i did it and no the connector wasent burnt or anything

I don't have that ground...i dnt have tail lights or a bed...i dnt have that harness

Just put in a brand new headlight switch...noticed that i dnt have running lights...but if i bearly pull out on the knob they come on and sounds like a relay clicks...also when i flip my driver side turn signal i can hear 2 relays clicking...if i do the pass side just hear the one relay...any info is appriciated..ive had a few xjs but this is my first mj...btw it has no bed and no tail lights as of right now..its going to be a rig..but i may mount up some tail lights so i can drive it on the road now and then

Guess my gas gauge is messed...i have power to it now but it still won't move

Fallowed it back...one goes to the fuel tank...the other comes to the back where the x is on the frame and stops and its just a plug...if i knew how to post up pics i could send some
