RynoMJ Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 I'm really looking to add some slider protection before I head back out on the trails. Got lucky last time but that will run out. I've have an idea what I want to do for the actual sliders but I'm looking for some MJ specific help on mounting. Are you guys attaching to the pinch seam or just using legs to mount them to the frame. When bolting to the frame I'd like to avoid using self threading bolts. Are weld nuts better?
fire797 Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 I am following this post... I am also looking to build some rock sliders... I have looked at the xj ones and they all seem to bolt to the pinch weld and the frame...If anyone has some installed can we see pics please???
