Double Six Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Hey Guys, I just installed a new fuel tank and new fuel pump . Got truck running and when you cut ignition off ,the fuel pump is continuing to run. I don't understand, the old one cut off when you turned ignition off like it suppose to. What could be my problem ? Thanks.
Dzimm Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Did you just unplug the old one and plug in the new one? No other electrical work? Also does it shut off after any amount of time or just constantly run? First thing I would check is the relay.
Double Six Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 yeah just took old one out ,put new one in and plug it back up. no other electrical work. it just continues to run after cutting truck off.
