Dana 44 axle shaft

I need a right rear axle shaft for my Dana 44. Where is the best place to buy a new one?

Have a good local 4x4 shop you can call? I always try and support the local guys. If not, give Randys ring and pinion a call for a Yukon factory replacement shaft.

Or spend about $50 more and get a yukon chromo.

When I put the 44 in the rear of my MJ. I found that the axle shafts where a bit worn at the seal and I couldn't ge them to stop leaking.

 

One factory shaft was more than 2/3 the cost of a brandy new set or Yukon or Superior alloy shafts. (Like Dirty already said) I couldn't get the Yukons but found a set of Superiors.

 

Price it out, I think you'll end up with the alloys too!!
