Sounds like your vent line is disconnected or broken. Very common in older vehicles, basically the air is being blown behind the dash instead of out the vents. If you can, look under or feel under for the loose line, sometimes you can hook then back up.

The flex hose to the center vent has come off. It's about 1" ID, and looks like a mini clothes dryer flexible hose. Reach up directly and you should find the distant end. Same thing happened to mine. I put a dab of RTV on the dash vent nipple and it hasn't come off since.

Under there has no space to push my hand its the bottom of the box thingy which has a door in the bottom which opens when i switch it to bi-lev and i can't recall any flex hose to the center vent i thought the air to the center vent was coming directly from the box as indicated in the pic below

Could be full of mice nest like mine was. I usually put a sock full of moth balls on the floor of "mothballed" vehicles to proactively keep mice out.Not sayin yours has mice...or had mice.

Picture? I'm curious if your vents are different than the 92

If you look in this picture you can see the hose Don and I mentioned. Make sure it's connected (I like the rtv idea to make it stick)

Any tips on what to look for ? Just got done with my heater core and have everything back together and the air is only blowing through the bottom.

If youre only getting air coming from below the coin pocket area..theres a door there u shoud be able to push it in ...it opens when u switch the climate control to "Bi-Lev" if its open then then your climate control switch might be bad i'm guessing but if it was closed like mine was and you could still feel air coming through then you can check the door behind the vent directly above the coin pocket as indicated in post #5 if it doesnt open when u switch on your a/c then you won't have any air going to any of the vents ..its vacuum activated so u might start with checking your vacuum lines or in my case the dash harness was running across it when i put my dash back in preventing it from opening when i turned on my a/c
